A servant is a person who does not seek his/her own will, but God's will, serving Him in obedience to the Holy Scriptures.

WHY DO I NEED TO BECOME A SERVANT?

“Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear Him, and keep His commandments, and obey His voice, and ye shall serve Him, and cleave unto Him.” ~Deuteronomy 13:4~

 

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO BECOME A SERVANT?

As soon as  a person accepts Jesus as personal Lord & Savior is when a person becomes a servant of the Lord.

 

 

WHERE SHOULD I BE A SERVANT?

For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat:  I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink:  I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me:  I was sick, and ye visited me:  I was in prison, and ye came unto me.  Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungered, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?  And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

“For even the Son of man (Jesus) came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give His life a ransom for many.”  ~Mark 10:45~

 

 

HOW DO I BECOME A SERVANT?

"Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all to stand.  Stand therefore having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;  And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;  Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
